Chef Bellaon set with Kristi Morris, filming for PBS
Bella Sangar is a Seattle-based Chef and owner of Village Kitchen, her first brick + mortar, launching Autumn 2017. Her unique culinary voice is influenced by her Indian birth, Canadian upbringing, and American roots. Inspired by intense food memories, Bella has created a line of packaged foods, grown a commercial catering company, sold-out several cooking series, and executed countless farm-to-table dinners. Steadily becoming the PNW authority on contemporary Indian food, you can spot her feminine inspired plates online in magazine blogs, cooking shows and in Seattle publications. Bella sits on the board of the Queen Anne Farmers Market, WA’s only non-profit farmers market and works closely with Junior Achievement WA to promote nutrition in underserved communities. She is elated to be living in Seattle with her husband and two energetic children.
